I’m a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with a goal of making healthy and enjoyable movement possible for every body. I offer private, semi private, and group sessions both online and in person.
No matter your fitness level, body type, size, or gender identity, I see you and would love to assist you in your journey. I want you to feel at home in your body and be proud of the things it can do.
I have worked with clients of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, from knee replacement patients to athletes and everything in between. No matter where you fall on this spectrum, I can create a custom Pilates program to help you reach your goals.
My teaching style is relaxing but upbeat. I will have you working hard without even realizing it and leaving feeling good in your body.
I first found Pilates when I was a teenager as a compliment to dance and figure skating. At the time, it was cross training and injury rehabilitation in the form of enjoyable movement for me.
In recent years, I have a new appreciation of Pilates for the feeling of strength and alignment it creates in the body. It has allowed me to move without pain in other activities, despite decades old injuries. As an adult athlete, Pilates has played an essential role in my performance, recovery, and injury prevention.
When I’m not practicing or teaching Pilates, I work as a data scientist in healthcare education and spend my time playing for Sacramento Roller Derby and getting outside with my dogs.
